Accommodation :

This Ayurveda Hotel consist of 16 Air Conditioned Rooms with tastefully decorated rooms equipped with telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, and all bathrooms with hot & cold water. All rooms face the Swimming pool and the beautifully landscape garden amidst the Coconut trees.

The resort comprises a main building and an annex, a lobby, reception, main restaurant, Lounge with with TV, sun terrace, Laundry service,Ayurveda herbal baths,porches for massages and other treatments and a  special herbal garden area with a courtyard pool with flowers. Various endemic flora in the original style, and an open area for outdoor treatments.This is very unique in Sri Lanka. 

Life Ayurveda Hotel`s Restaurant:  The Restaurant serves special Ayurvedic cuisine ( vegetarian ) for ayurveda guests on doctor's recommendation.

The treatment includes ‘Varmana’ in the first week, ‘Virechan’ on second week, ‘Basti Nasayam’ and ‘Raktha Mokasana’ on third week and ‘Head Pack’ on fourth.

The chief Ayurvedic physician is Mr.Henry Pieris, Ayurvedic physician and scientist. He looks after his Assisten Ayurveda physicians at Ayurvedic Life Resort in Wadduwa and occasionally lecture at the Ayurveda University in Colombo. He has a deep knowledge in Ayurvedic and traditional medicine and make sure that the guest offered authentic Ayurveda treatments. He will have a thorough examination of  each guest and  offer individual treatments according to your dosha type.

The selection and frequency of treatments may differ depending on the patient’s health condition. The final decision will be taken by the Chief Doctor or assistant doctors.

-  At least 01 person in a room has to compulsorily take an Ayurveda treatment programme for the  applicability of the  above mentioned packages.

-  The persons under the age of 16 cannot be included in any Ayurvedic treatment programmes.
